Salme 22 (2004)

Salme 22 is an electroacoustic work based on Psalm 22 from the Bible: “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”. The piece features the text recited by both a man and a woman at varying speeds, processed alongside an expressive succession of string chords.
The work is a studio production created in ProTools using orchestral samples from the Vienna Symphonic Library.

Salme 22 er et elektroakustisk værk baseret på Salme 22 fra Bibelen: “Min Gud, min Gud, hvorfor har du forladt mig?”. Værket præsenterer teksten reciteret af både en mand og en kvinde i forskellige hastigheder, bearbejdet sammen med en ekspressiv række af strygerakkorder.
Værket er en studioproduktion skabt i ProTools med anvendelse af orkestrale samples fra Vienna Symphonic Library.
