Change Ringing (2009)
Clarinet, vibraphone, harp and electronics

Change Ringing is a neoclassical work that explores rhythmic and melodic patterns, evoking the traditional bell-ringing technique from which it takes its name. The core of the ensemble is complemented by a pre-recorded string soundfile, creating a lush introduction for the live instrumentalists. While the electronic component adds a specific depth to the texture, the work is designed with structural flexibility, allowing it to be performed effectively as an acoustic trio without the soundfile.

Change Ringing (2009)
